🔧 Quantum Public Cheat Loader Setup

1️⃣ Pre-Loader Setup

🔐 Disable Windows Security

🛡️ Virus & Threat Protection

1. Open "Virus & Threat Protection" via Windows Search

2. Click "Manage Settings"

3. Turn off Real-time Protection

🔥 Firewall & Network Protection

1. Go to "Firewall & Network Protection"

2. Disable Domain, Private, and Public network firewalls

🌐 App & Browser Control

1. Open "App & Browser Control"

2. Click "Reputation-based Protection Settings"

3. Turn everything off

⚠️ Disable Virtualization

🖥️ Check if Virtualization is Enabled

1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del → Open Task Manager

2. Go to Performance > CPU

3. Check if Virtualization is Enabled — it should be Disabled

🛑 Disable Virtualization in BIOS

1. Open System Information

2. Note BaseBoard Manufacturer and BaseBoard Product

3. Search how to disable virtualization for your motherboard’s BIOS

2️⃣ Required Tools

🧰 Defender Control

1. Download from Sordum.org
2. Password: sordum

3. Unzip and run dControl.exe

4. Click “Disable Defender”

🔽 Download the Loader

• Use the official link: Download Loader (MEGA)
• Save it to a USB drive

• ❌ Do not run from Desktop or internal storage

🚀 Injection Instructions

1. Run the loader from USB as Administrator

2. Log in or register a new account

3. Activate your key (if required)

   • Paste your license key

   • Click "Activate Key"

4. Select Rust Internal from the product list

5. Click "Inject" and wait for the loader to close

6. Unplug the USB drive

7. Launch Rust and enjoy!

🧽 HWID Spoofer Notes

• The built-in spoofer creates a file: C:\hwid_seed.bin

• ❌ Delete this file after each ban

• If banned often, consider:

  • Reinstalling Windows

  • Running Defender Control again before redownloading the loader

❓ Troubleshooting

🧨 Error: 0xc01c0013

• Disable UAC and File Virtualization

• Run c01c0013.reg

• Restart your PC

🧨 Error: 0xc00000bb

• Your Windows version is not supported

• Install a clean version from Microsoft’s official ISO

---

🧨 Misc Errors (0xc0000365, 0xc0000906, etc.)

• Uninstall FaceIT, Vanguard, ESEA, or any anti-cheats

• Disable antivirus, reboot

• Reinstall Windows if problems persist

⚙️ Using 3rd Party HWID Spoofers

1. Run the loader and log in

2. Activate your external HWID spoofer

3. When injecting:

   • If asked to spoof internally, select "No"

4. Launch Rust
