✅ Basic Recommendations

If you're having issues launching our software, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Disable your antivirus — In some cases, a full uninstallation may be necessary.

2. Turn off Microsoft Defender — This includes Real-Time Protection, Tamper Protection, etc.

3. Disable anti-cheat drivers:

   • FACEIT: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

     sc stop faceit

   • VALORANT: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

     sc stop vgc  
     sc stop vgk

4. Do not use the -vulkan launch option — It is not supported.

5. Make sure your Windows date & time are synchronized Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time, and enable "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically".

🧩 Known Issues & Solutions

❗ Error:

“An error occurred in the secure channel support” “The request has timed out” / “The operation timed out”

Cause: Network traffic is blocked by antivirus, anti-cheat, firewall, or ISP.

Solutions:

• Fully uninstall antivirus or other anti-cheats (disabling is not always enough).

• Re-sync time and region in Windows settings.

• Try toggling a VPN on/off.

❗ Error:

“Internal public server error”

Cause: Same as above — software is being blocked.

Solution:

• Fully uninstall antivirus or anti-cheats.

❗ Error:

“Antivirus Interference Detected”

Cause: Software or malware is interfering with the injection.

Solutions:

• Fully uninstall antivirus and anti-cheat software.

• Scan your PC for malware using a trusted tool like Dr.Web CureIt.

Reason: [<code>] sym: <some info>

Solution:

• Create a support ticket at predator.systems/support.
• Include a screenshot of your Windows version: Press WIN + R, type winver, and hit Enter.
